    80% Grenache, 19% Syrah and 1% Carignan

    3-4 years

    traditional with two weeks in vat and gentle maceration to avoid over-extraction, the temperature doesn’t exceed 28°C

    meat dishes, veal ‘blanquette’ (stew), sauerkraut, fish, ‘charcuterie’ (cold meats) and can also be served as an aperitif
